Dubai is becoming an increasingly competitive city as markets continued to move in the favour of tenants over the past three months according to our latest Dubai City Profile. While sentiment improved among both investors and occupiers over the past quarter, we expect to see further falls in average prices over the short term.  There is however a real feeling that the worst of the crises is behind us and that markets are close to the bottom of their cycle, with the pace of decline falling across most sectors.
