‘Best Employers in Middle East’ list was drawn up by a panel of human resources professionals, business leaders and academics. It was compiled after reviewing surveys from staff and CEOs of over 250 MNCs and large regional organisations, representing a workforce of over 150,000 employees. This was the largest and most comprehensive employee-based study ever conducted in the Middle East region.
